War/Farm/Repeat was started as training clan to feed the full-time war clan, Raging Elephant. After accumulating over 40 wins together, a group of seasoned Clan Wars veterans separated to turn W/F/R into a full-time war clan where having fun is our primary focus. The best part? We still win. A lot.
The following information may sound a little blunt. That is by design. We are by no means uptight but so we can all enjoy ourselves to the fullest during play we want the basic expectations to be very clear.
We love and welcome other experienced players but also encourage developing players to join. While having fun is still our #1 priority, we have three basic principles that are our cornerstone to success – Show/Try/Grow.
Show means simply that – show up and participate. We war twice a week. We expect everyone to take both attacks in every war. We also expect our players to donate and communicate with their fellow clanmates.
Try. Just showing up isn’t enough. Best effort is expected every time. To this point, as a general rule, we don’t poach/snipe at the end of wars. We try our best every time because that’s how we get better.
Grow. We still consider ourselves to be a training clan. More experienced players are expected to help the less experienced and the less experienced are expected to listen, learn, and grow. Teaching and learning helps us all grow stronger together.
That’s it – do those three things & keep your language clean in game chat and you will have fun while becoming a better player. Don’t and you won’t be with us long.
